Not too much to report, been on with wiring headlights, wipers and indicators, also stuck on the evo badge its only temp to see if i like it
It all runs and works as it should do on the axle stands, everything still works , speedo, revs, heater box, warnings lights etc, even still outside temp reading
Thanks for looking Will

hello,
you are correct it is a proper clio v6 cup car, the focus is a 4 wheel drive subaru engined rally car, both are owned by my friend who owns the workshop he lets me share the shed to keep the toys in, i think the ayc should just work the same as it did but if its no good will swap the diff for a mechanical one, i will be changing the rear lights after a trip to a breakers yard for some standard ones
thanks Will

Hello,
Im still working on this slowly as also doing a house renovation at the same time, as far as the v5 goes im going to get it finished then have it checked make a few calls to make sure its legit, im looking for some bucket seats at the mo and need a set of road legal tyres, iv had a go at rolling the wheel arches out to take the wheels as still unsure on what to do with arches with regards to fitting a body kit etc
I know you can buy a arch rolling tool but i just fancied a go at it myself just using what i had in the workshop and it hasent come out bad but i think i need to cut the back bumper and strech it a bit at each end
thanks for looking Will

Hi bud....Great work on the car, genuinely one off idea.
Just wondering if youve sorted anyone to do your mapping work on the car?? Im from a company based in Mexbrough Rotherham, we specialise in evo's and have built / mapped a lot of high powered cars for customers ( currently working on a 800+ evo 8 build ), and i personally own a C2 GT turbo doing 347bhp@1.4 bar on the origional 1.6 engine. Id love to be involved in some work on this car for you.

Thanks to everyone else for looking and commenting
Hello thanks for the replys I have tried magnum motorsport already I saw the car at a rally cross event and thought that's just what I need but it was going to work out too expensive, iv stopped the arches catching now it was a bracket holding the front wings on that were doing most of the damage they are well trimed now, a couple of pictures of the car now it does look tatty paint work but that will come good in the end one day I will fabricate some arches and have it painted but it works well as it now
thanks Will
thanks Will
hello thanks for the comments I will just make my own arches , I can make it wider track than it already is using evo 5 sub frame as they were wider than evo 4 and use some different offset wheels , using a evo 4 was ideal as they are a lot cheaper and dam near same floor plan but narrower track to make it easyer to get under a c2, iv not yet weighed the car but I need too, iv also not raced anyone in it, over winter I will be taking engine out to do clutch and replace the gaskets as it does weep a tiny bit of oil so fancy giving it a rebuild and a few fancy parts into it
thanks will
thanks will
C2 back in for winter rebuild and some uprated parts
Engine is coming out for a rebuild and new clutch
Ayc pump is coming off and being removed for good
All rear subframe is coming off to make way for a tubular jobbie
All dash, heater box and trim which is not needed is coming out, im aiming to go a bit more balls out with it
Boot floor to cut out, I want it flat, it never looked right with a bit of spare wheel well in it
Cusco Lsd to get rid of the AYC
Iv got plenty to do thanks for looking Will
