IMHO it's too low. Would look a lot better with a 30-40mm lift from the current body height.
Hmmm , and make it like standard ??

Buy a Z3 M Coupe then.

About the stance, I agree: it should be higher (if you were concerned about handling, you wouldn't solder an Espace onto an LS) although not as high as standard.

You're all looking at it like it has been slammed, think that it is still on standard springs isn't it?

I don't think a jacked up ls400 would handle very well wobble

Man makes awesome car by welding two completely different shells together

Its got a V8, its got a central driving position, its a RWD espace which resembles a touring car!

People whinge its too low.

Its bloody awesome - it looks even more awesome due to the touring car style stance. Stop whinging!

Nice one, love this project, to be honest, at the start I thought it was a pipe dream but all credit for getting it done, is it all road legal ?

Have to say it looks great, very subtle, how does it drive ?

Great work. Surely it cant tackle a speed bump though? Sills look very close to the ground.

As a guide, my Ultima has 110mm under the front axle (about 105mm below the front splitter) and 160mm under the rear axle.

The seat pans drop 25mm below these measurements. Therefore if you have at least 105mm ground clearance you should clear all but the highest humps (slowly).

No sadly I can't warrant spending that kind of money on the number plate at the moment, but as you can see - I did manage to stretch the budget to a pair of 'show plates' !

In the meantime I have been tinkering with small bits on the car , nothing really to show but getting more 'finished' all the time
