you've really fked up what was a beautiful looking car!! I know it's yours and all...but the lowering looked like the suspension collapsed and now you've stuck those horrid wheels on it frown at least it can be rectified easily enough though!
Ouch! That was harsh!! The suspension is adjustable and can be raised or lower with a press of the button on the dash!
They were built like that although not that low!

As you say, originals are gorgeous too and will be staying amd changed as and when I fancy a change!

I too reckon it's going in the wrong direction, sorry, I know how tempting it is to buy bigger wheels and drop the suspension, I sometimes think about it on the CLK.

It's a fantastic looking car in its own right, I'm not a fan of either wheels in all honesty but the suspension needs to be a little higher.

Another for the originals I'm afriad, it looks much worse now- almost chavvy IMO
Yeah - don't think they suit it. Look blatantly aftermarket. Sorry OP - you did ask.

Personally I think it would look best on the standard polished triangle-style CL600 wheels - would look awesome with the drop.

I also just couldn't trust cheap copy wheels on a 2.5tonne V12 - bit mad, sorry.

Get the V12 biturbo badge off the boot and back onto the front wings where it belongs.

the new wheels aren't too bad tbh, but i'm with the person who suggested a slight lift of the suspension to get the proportions spot on.

I am nit picking though, it's a lovely car

Must be the longest 2 door coupe in the world... love it!

The last pic does it justice, I think the wheels work well.

Welcome to the huge wheel/coupe club ! hehe

I think the old wheels look a bit 90's. Almost remind me of the old Porsche 968 wheels with the thick spokes.
