Given its hand-built rarity value, surely the insurers can't just treat it as any old E9x M3?
I think that's the "agreed value" bit wink But I suspect the main issue is whether 63np wants to put the money and effort in required to get it back to how it was (depending on the extent of the damage not seen).

I saw the car at the BMW Festival other day and it was impressive for sure, sorry to hear about the accident frown

I believe that it was replaced with this:

An "F81" M3 Touring- first conversion in the world AFAIK.

So sounds like it the current seller bought it off the original builder? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-M3-E90-E91-Touring-...

That car was written off. Presume the current owner has had it repaired?

Hopefully the repair has been done to a high standard. I think it will struggle to meet its asking price as most enthusiasts are aware of its history. It’s a shame as it was a stunning car.

I’ll post some pics of this car shortly as I’ve recently swapped the 260m wheels to some genuine 359m ones.

Stumbled upon this thread whilst looking for info and experience on a arb / suspension refresh on a e91 330i which was 2 hours ago! Excellent stuff and well done on a proper job...How is the car doing? Any recent pics please?

Strangely enough I bought an E91 325iSE last year - now I know what to do if I want it to go a bit quicker! laugh

No it’s now back at home for a while. The photo taken last Friday evening.

I need to sort out a few things with it and get it back on the road once the weather improves.
