There are 1,000BHP units around, they don't rev much higher, though, there's no need for them to.

Here's a graph of MRC's 1,055BHP tuned example.

I'm not sure what your super car will weigh, but my two ton RS 6 is almost too quick to comprehend on public roads, you don't approach a corner, or object, you've already gone way past it.
Any details of what MRC has done to that engine? Its got a lovely torque curve that only looks like it starting to fall off after 7K. With a little more aggressive cams and maybe a little more boost in the top end i could see it holding that torque all the way out to 8k. smile

Hi there

Is there anyone in the Midlands (Stoke-on-Trent) area with one of these or near to Tewksbury on 9th August? Would love to have a passenger ride in one just to get an idea of what they are like. smile

The R8 5.2 and RS6 5.0 as far as I'm aware don't share much.

Surely the Audi warranty is practically useless on a car as modified as that?

OP good luck with the sale - hell of a lot of car for just over £20k!

Good point. I suppose if the gearbox collapsed you would have to remove all the following to return to standard and then drop it off at audi and say can you fix this please.

MTM adjustable lowering platform
Decat, with 3.5 inch downpipes
Milltek Resonated exhaust with black tips
MRC filters
MRC ECU and gearbox Stage 2+ remap

Oof, that saloon has the carbon cermic brakes on it. Those are something I'd want if I was to get one, but I'm not exactly sure why. It's not like I'd be doing track work or anything, I guess just bragging rites and, y'know... They're CCBs! hehe

I'd be worried about using the brake pedal a lot if I knew new discs were gonna cost me several thousands of pounds.

I hear on the internet it's something in the reigon of £10k to replace front discs and pads. That's proper expensive that is, but then aren't the supposed to last a ridiclous amount of time, like 100k miles or something?

If that's driving miss daisy then what happens when you add 800 bhp and an ambitious driver?
