I'm not a fan of stanced cars, but this is the only Rover I've seen - which makes it achingly cool if we follow the Hipster Code.

"Oh this? It's just my stanced Rover. It's the only one in the country. I looked at a Polo with a wheelbarrow and a tricycle on the roof but everyone's got one of those."

biggrin

THANK GOD someone gets it. why be a sheep when you can look like a complete idiot. but be quite cool.

I cant get chrome side strips i'm afraid, but I'm looking into getting some made up. at the moment the only way looks to be mylar strips on some smoother painted ZS door strips, but its got to wait :/

I'd love to do the same to either my Mondeo or a fully kitted out Rover 827 coupe

I do hope the insurance company has been fully informed of ALL of the modifications?

So uncool....it's cool! Had a facelift 45 diesel for a couple of years, remapped and quite quick too, unfortunately my other half borrowed it and got caught out on black ice and managed to remove the front end, doors still opened and it drove too! Sadly it was written off.
Keep up the good work (I'm in the 'remove the chrome' camp too.

Can't wait to see this again once I fix my 13 haha! You seriously need a bench seat though, it'l be amazing, low-back quilted leather bench seats.

And more chrome is needed. Possibly slot-mags or chrome caps.

the chrome is staying! I had it all blacked out before but it was too race-car. y so serious? will look much cooler with the matte paintjob planned.

I bet 2nd gear is a pain for any front passengers.

I like the car though, pretty cool in a take the piss out of the 'cool' kids way smile

How close will the gear "knob" be to the new wheel in fifth? May be a little tight. biggrin

Its not gonna have 4 cylinders biggrin

Also how you gonna mount up that P4 wheel? Is it a normal kind of fixing or are you gonna have to fabricate something?

Is it stanced or slammed. Not much neg. camber on those wheels. Looks ok even though I dont get the trend :/

Its not my cup of tea BUT i love to see the creative weird things that people into this stuff do. The gear knob looks ridiculous but i fking love it hilarious. is it not uncomfortable to drive? I love the old rover steering wheel too! ive never seen either of those two mods before and while not my cup of tea i still love to see it. I just don't like it when people become sheep and do the same mods everybody else does but to see people getting creative like you is nice.
