I've got half of that kit in IB5 form if you're interested...from a 2004 Streetwise, done 50k. Removed due to a VVC conversion...

I can get a gearbox, but getting the speedometer, clutch, driveshafts, cv's, gear linkages and the rest aren't easy. none from a 25 will fit.
if it was a viable option, I would have done it long ago
