Thanks Martin. I do wonder if they'll bother with a Brabus version of the new Forfour considering the flop the previous one was in terms of sales!

Been a while since I updated this.

Went to PH Sunday Service at Silverstone recently, really good morning out.

Had a few hardware and software changes, Subaru WRX 440cc injectors, Grimmspeed electronic boost control solenoid, Stock airbox with K&N Panel filter, EcuTek remap. Also had to retro fit a Top charge pipe from a Colt CZT so I could add a Turbosmart Kompact Re-circ valve, as the Forfour doesn't use any kind of DV as standard.

Did not expect any power increase, but stock injectors were maxed out, so the bigger ones added for extra safety. Did gain some mid range, lost a smidge up top as it was found to be pulling timing there.

Another Silverstone PH Sunday service means another update!
After attending this previously, it really gave me the itch to get on track and give it a go. SO glad I did!
The conditions weren't ideal, it was a seriously cold morning, slippery track, and it was my first time on any track in any car.
I was really quite nervous beforehand, and just planned to take it easy and stay out of the way of faster cars (Which I hope I did) Hoping I could find someone I could keep pace with to get a grip on braking points and lines, and did fairly early on (Thankyou LankyLegoHead, in a lovely Red GT86)
I would love to do this again later in the year, hopefully on a slightly warmer day.

Thanks smile It was a bit under-steery when I out braked myself, bit of wheel spin on full acceleration out of corners, just tried to be smooth with my inputs and then it was ok.

Santa Pod today, first time I've ever done a timed 1/4 mile. Went in aiming for 14sec range and achieved it on my first run! Unfortunately couldn't better it in subsequent runs.
Annoyingly I planned my fueling badly so was running with almost a full tank, If i went again with less dead weight, and slightly lower tyre pressures I think I could shave a few tenths off.

4 Runs in total, vs Cayman S, M5, Focus RS and Fiesta ST. 2 Wins 2 Losses

I did 50 mile round trip commutes in it for a few years. Not sure what revs are, around 3k ish, mid to high 30's MPG.
