Stunning, and I think the wheels look brilliant too. Very jealous!

Lovely smile

I gave one of these a shock off the line the other day in my BRAB but as I eased off at 80 he came cruisign past like I wasn't moving. Lovely and fast with reasonable economy too (if you can control the right foot)

300 mile trip today to collect it, so just about 150 miles driving it so far, and what can I say apart from wow!
I wasn't 100% sure I was making the right move selling my RS4 to get it, but I've already decided it was totally the right move to make.

More photos tomorrow, just this one for now smile

Just put 2 & 2 together.

Are you the chap I was chatting with the other week when I stalked you about an rs4 in Kettering?

Gratuitous pic of mine.

Have to say I'm glad you sold it.

I was tempted to ask for a spin in it. And that would ended up costing me a fortune. I'm easily led when it comes to toys.

You getting the new one mapped? My garage look after a couple of 330s and they reckon the diesel is quicker once mapped.

If you're going to remap it, it's worth hacking off the DPF - those short work journeys will kill it.

I probably will remap it at some point, I'm undecided about the dpf at the moment.
I'll see how a month or two of my usual driving affects the range for it showing on the idrive.
I wouldn't hesitate to remove it though, it would certainly never be replaced!

As for the RS4, as much as I didn't want to sell it, I didn't mind waving off costs it needed within the next 6 months.... £700 front discs, £300 rear discs, £700 cambelt, 4x 255/35/19 tyres within the next 12 months etc etc!
I simply couldn't justify those sort of running costs for a car that was hardly used

What is that black plastic strip underneath the bootlid? Looks nasty

I'm actually glad it is there, and was very happy to see it!
Usually the flat part of the bumper on an estate is scratched to hell from careless loading

Like it lots.

The seats look in good order considering the age and mileage. My leather doesn't look as good as that.

Looks like the kidney grille has been swapped for a black one too. Like it.

Thats one of the reasons I didn't want leather.
I really wasn't impressed with the quality of it overall compared to the leather in my RS4, plus I looked at a 325d with only 60k on the clock and the leather on the side bolsters had worn all the way through!
Not too impressive for that sort of mileage... plus the alcantara seats hold you so much better.
Overall, the seats are much much better than the RS4 Recaros

The Dakota leather in these is awful, the 3 E91s I've had all had leather and I hated the feel of it, it felt cheap and hard

The Novillo leather on the M3 however is lovely

Car looks good.

On the back bumper you have a protective cover. Do you what it is or who makes it?
