Hi LewG, it was a real pleasure to meet you and, as Lance said, James had the best day of his life.
I fully intend to keep you updated with progress on the Jag, it seems the right thing to do considering the huge amount of work that you put in. And I'd be more than happy to bring Lance and James up to Sandy in the Jag for a visit once in a while.
So far I have booked her in for two new Pirelli P600's at the front and she's being prepped for an MoT in August by my good friend, a former BMW Master Technician and, prior to that, a Jaguar mechanic who worked on the XJ-S when they were new. She's in the best possible hands, after you.
Prior to the MoT, I will fit the front springs, a/c compressor, fix the offside electric window and give her a thorough pre-MoT inspection. She's in great hands and I will do all I can to keep her in the very best condition including a refurb of my garage
