Cheers Gents, a wee update, fitted adjustable topounts and got 4 wheel alignment done, castor and camber set up, she drives alot better now :-) although she does wander and pick up on road imperfections, prob due to the offset of front wheels and crap scrub radius of front ball joint, something i might have to address in time, also got her weighed just under 1100kg with 15 gal of fuel, found that interesting :-)

Also i had bought a fancy starter motor from states that can be rotated 360 so the solinoid is at the bottom, got that fitted so there is loads o room round steering col now for me to fab up a new col as i dont like what i have at the min

Cheers for now, next up is dyno :-)))

Really love these home monster builds. Been watching this and Lexspace builds with envy. Im totally hopeless at car stuff. Loved the fact you put a big american V8 in it. As others have said, was gutted for you when i seen the crash pics. Some would have thrown in the towel and parted the car out. Was happy to see it back on the road. well done clapclap

The thing is though.. they really aren't that physically big... hence the reason they can fit in so many engine bay's easily.

well yesterday i raised the front 1" flattened the camber from -2 to-0.5 (ish) and redid the alignment, result !!!! what a difference, i can cruise at 90 now without being in fear of my life lol, still picks up abit on road surface but nothing to hurendus, i ve got a 2.4 steering rack fitted that is quite responsive, maybe to responsive ?? spoke with Image and they prob can do me an outer rim for the front to reduce the dish from 3" to 2" giving an 8" wide wheel which will hopefully help the wandering feeling, il need to fork out for the outer rim and tyres but not as bad as a full new set o wheels and tyres ;-), still not 100% but getting there !!

Awesome looking beast, hope you manage to tame the power and can continue to scare the average motorist.
Would love to see the reaction outside the school gates with this thing burbling away.
