Thats the beauty of the original ECU - it controls the sov thats why I asked. You will not get reverse without powering the sov, so its safe. I think there was a problem on the early boxes as the sov was not there and you could miss shift and blow the box! You need a switch with a flashing light on the dash.

reverse engages no probz, nearly finished now ;-)all legal now, MOT, Insured but not finnished yet ;-) got some inside work to complete, its getting been getting mapped all last week so should be getting it delivered this week sometime, here is a pic of it at Crosshill Sports and Classic.
