Gear box is the standard Monaro T56 with modified shift.
Are you using the Camaro type shifter that sits a bit further forward than the Monaro one?

I have made my own direct acting unit which does end up moving it forward.

Testing took place on a very wet day at the Teesside kart track. Handling felt very good considering all the chassis changes. But for some reason the the engine was down on power - which was a good thing when you see how wet it was! Also I had a problem with the brakes which I hope I have traced to the peddle box which I have since modified so fingers crossed!

You're welcome.....the mis-spelling is very common. Even happens on 'official' papers

Had a few hours spare to work on the rear end. But found the pass side hub needs bearings so only done the drivers side for now.

Poor picture I know - looks like when I used the flash the picture was too big to download. Will take some more pictures with the camera on a different setting.
