Looks good except the multi-fit alloys look pretty horrible, the standard multi-spokes are cool.. so why change?

Interior screen looks good also!

However, surely air filter must suffer quite a bit of heat soak in its current location, even with the token pipe on the right?

Very nice and clean looking car, really like the wind deflectors biggrin

As above, the air filter really looks to be soaking in a lot of heat.

Not sure what to do with air filter it seems to work ok and was fitted as K&N intende, what affect would heat soak have on it?

Multi fit alloys were a cheap replacement for the Team Dynamics wheels I had before and a friend destroyed one and it was cheaper to buy a new set. the original wheels are 16" and I wanted 17" and I dont think they look that bad.

The original alloys were in a terrible state when I got the car!

Hot air is less dense so contains less oxygen, hence less power can be created from it.

On another note, I'd use a couple of cable ties to secure the heater hose that runs infront of the inlet manifold. They fall out of the joke clip, slice themselves on the fan bracket & blow the headgasket before the daft ECU controlled temp gauge moves.

Get some ST170 wheels on it, they really suit the little fiestas! A friend had one of these while I had a 1.8 Focus and it was always neck and neck but I secretly preferred the close ratios on the fiesta. Enjoy one of the better warm hatches of the 00's!

Looks good, really like this shape Fiesta.

One question, is that a plastic bit of trim above the rear number plate? Can you get "proper" painted trim to go there, think it would look better for it.

I think the ST has colour coded trim but the S is that colour and it matches the door trim, I could colour code them but don't mind it as it is.

Fair enough.

Do you wind deflectors clip into the window channels? Had some Heko ones for my Civic but they kept slipping down, that was using the provided tape and some of the clips. Wondering how others do it...

They just clip in, no clips or tape and haven't moved since I fitted them a couple of years ago.

Looks good on the black rims. Red pinstripe could work well.
