I hate to be a spoilsport but shouldn't this have 4 engines, one for each wheel? wink

It's quite the build and you are loony in a good way!

I actually started laughing like a mad man in the office when I saw what was going on inside this. It was mental enough with one engine but two of them is just insanely awesome. Great work!

It takes a special sort of insanity to attempt a project like that plus a huge amount of skill to pull it off so well.

I doff my hat to you Sir!

This had me cracking up as soon as I got to the "big reveal" nutsbiglaugh

I used to be hugely into my VW's and remember the twin engined golfs that you're referring to. I think the twin 16v car had independent cooling per engine and the twin VR6 car had shared cooling - essential for twin-engined, drag racing emergencies laugh. What did you opt for?

I was happy enough when I read "But has a 243bhp Vauxhall C20 LET engine in the front" - the rest just added to things, bravo!

Wondered why it had a twin tub washing machine in the back until I realised it was another engine.
Epic. Imaging putting it in stealth mode and making supercars stand still.

Wow, great work there!

Funny enough, these ( not the twin engine ) were very desirable when they first came out in Romania where I'm from. A bit of a luxury having one of these just after the communist period.

Hello, I don't come on Pistonheads that much, but I finished building a car that I started a few months back and thought you guys might want to see it?

It started life as one of the most undesirable cars ever made, now it's still one of the most undesirable cars ever made, but with a little less room in the back. This is the Woo.....

Just a normal Daewoo Nexia.....
Meh

Still Meh.

Good work!
This x1000!

Wow, nice work there OP probably one of the most interesting builds going - though obviously not the most exotic!

I normally don't get interested in many cars which are power at the complete expense of handling. But I want a go, that's hilarious! hehe

Both run on their own coolant circuit mate.

Superb build. Well done. How did you get it M.O.T'd SVA'd (valid tax disc)? The last twin engine build I helped with had to be scrapped as it would never pass.

Are you going to attempt to make use of the back 'front end' to add in 4 wheel steering as well smile
