Quite a bit, i did the same mods and it utterly transformed the engine, feels like it always should have done!
It should add somewhere in the region of 20-30bhp with an exhaust (mine was a late 55 plate (163bhp to start) and that made 200bhp at fly with a pulley, airbox and intercooler from a GP....

The later ones from about 04 on had a smidge more than 163bhp - was supposed to be about 6 or 7 bhp more I think.It should add somewhere in the region of 20-30bhp with an exhaust (mine was a late 55 plate (163bhp to start) and that made 200bhp at fly with a pulley, airbox and intercooler from a GP....
