That's a pretty serious onion!
My only minor criticism is that it would look more complete with a set of S2 rst arches and skirts to compliment the big wheels and tie in the sides to the front end, other than that outstanding!

I did contemplate fitting them, even purchased a full kit... just decided against it
Dry Test fit of the Mk1 Focus RS Brembo’s
Should be a nice upgrade from the current Cossie 4x4 stuff

Sat in the garage awaiting pulling to bits
New SGS 100l compressor purchased, nice upgrade from the Aldi 24l compressor I’ve run for 10 years
Stripping in progress
Engine and gearbox out ( just so we can change the cambelt and water pump )
While the manifold is back off I packed it up and dropped it off with Camcoat @ Warrington for Ceramic Coating

Wow, your Orion is really epic dude! It's like a mini Saphire Cosworth and with that famous RS500 colour painted on your car, it just sets the whole thing off perfectly. Really enjoyed reading through your build/thread just now.
Also, considering what the car looked like when you got it and the amount of bespoke/custom parts you must have made so everything fits together, just confirms it's a next level semi-sleeper!
Cheeky question, don't suppose you have any videos of your car in action? Really curious how it sounds when you're taking part in some "spirited" driving!

Just the bumper to refit and it’s ready for Mot’ing...
Just in time for Classic Ford on Sunday
I’ll do all the brake upgrades after Classic Ford is out if the way...
Think I’ve got everything here for the job to go smoothly
FRS Brembo’s, duscst, pads
Stud & nut kit, 7mm wheel spacers to the calipers just clear the Borbets
10mm M12 shims to fit between adapters and hubs
Nos brake master cylinder, and some satin black to refurbish the servo

So bumper was refitted last night
12 months Mot put on it today
Had to nip a rear wheel bearing up as it had slight movement in it...
While the wheels were off I fitted some new anti rattle springs in the rear brake callipers
Clean up time now in preparation for Classic Ford show...
