Very nice, only thing I would change is to put the nose badge back on.

Spot on!
that works for me, Borbets are a good 90s choice.

I always though ford should have made an RS1600i / Turbo Orion, and also that the 1.6i ghia was a 'nicer' car overall than the xr3/i

I think in terms of looks (wheels aside) Ford would have pretty much done this.

Having looked again I don't even mind the escort front end wink

I've often fancied an Orion, I think it looks good as a small saloon, not like some of its competitors like the Belmont etc

Registered just to say how great your Orion looks, had a later 1.8i before my dad wrote it off, great car. Great wheel choice too.

Always loved the Mk4 Orion, I remember going to Ford Fair and deciding to do one similar to yours. Then a Fiesta RS Turbo popped up literally within a week of that show, and the rest as they say is history.

Love the colour, zetec conversion, recaros, wheels, great job. Factory RS 7 spokes would loov great too

Won some cheap Imolas to stick some sticky tires on for 0-60's...
They'll need spacing out abit, gonna refurb them over winter...

Quickly wiped over with alittle sealer and back to the Borbets...

I've always been a big Orion fan, but that is just absolutely stunning!!!

From the colour to the wheels, I don't think I would change a thing

Awesome stuff! Love the fact that everything is hidden or done like it would be if it was OEM. I've tried to do similar with my car

I was just going to type the exact same thing, it just looks a bit too modded without the nose badge. Lovely car

I know it was factory fitted to the car - but the sunroof is a nice feature to see imo.

Unfortunately they've gone out of fashion on modern cars and when you do get one - its frequently this "panaromic roof" bcensoredks.

The colour is fantastic too
