I'll put a list up when it's done with approx costs etc.

Mapping is being done by a local company to me, they've mapped a few other civics and are pretty well known locally.

Not sure on the question about he inlet and runners TBH. I'm hoping low down torque isn't too much of an issue.

Well it's all up and running, finished bolting everything together last night, filled all of the oil and coolant and then went for it.

It runs, it's breathes and everything seems pretty good. It's obvious that the map I have is way, way off so I'm biting the bullet today and purchasing a map from TTS I think, they build these kits and if they weren't hundreds of miles away I'd go to them for the tuning, so getting a base map from them seems logical. Should run a lot better then.

Completed pictures!

Cheers mate, it's certainly been a busy couple of years!!

Trying a map tonight to see how it runs, looking forward to getting it going, could be the expensive but but it will be fun!

Haha, you're such a dick hehe

Bit of a frustrating evening, got the map loaded onto the KPro, got the car running but it was very very rich. You could smell the unburnt fuel really strongly.

So we turned it off, and then it wouldn't start again, pulled the plugs are they were soaked with fuel. Obviously running super rich. Going to get some new plugs today, hopefully get a better map if I can. I only need to get it a few miles to the tuners and then leave it in their capable hands!

I had one of these kits from TTS fitted to my EP3, I used 750 injectors had a FMIC and made 399.6 bhp. Too much torque wasn't an issue as peak torque was at max revs. You'll love it!

Best get saving for the Skyline Jezmundo hehe

Right now it's the slowest car here, that 70hp Twingo is like a missle in comparison hehe

Sounds decent! I'm not too bothered with that much power, would very much like to crack 300 though. Bit annoyed still about the map but I'm going to see what the tuner thinks on monday and go from there!

TTS mapped mine, I already had been given a map from another member of CTROs and they only charged me three hours dyno time. The drive back will be fun!

Great news!

After a helpful jump start from my mates Mk1 fiesta (2.0 zetec with bike carbs) we got her running and set off..

Bad news!

We only got 2.7 miles and it stopped, pulled the plugs and they were black and sooty....a comparison to a new set..

Still, not to worry, called my Mate who has a recovery business, lorry has collected the car and it will be unloaded at the tuners tomorrow morning and I'll fit the new plugs! Then I'm giving them a blank cheque and I don't want it back til it's done!

Ace.

It's at the tuners now, spoken to them this morning and I just need to speak to TTS about a map today. Hope to have some progress over the next few days.

It's not what you know, it's who you know. Plus giving them some beer money as a bribe normally works. Otherwise I don't think he'd have wanted to come out at 9.30 on a Sunday night!

Had an update from the tuner today, he's got the car running, pulling ok. Just needs to put a few hours in to get it setup properly.

Hoping to do a bit tomorrow or Thursday, he's fitting it around other work so I'm not in a rush and I just want it done properly!!

Well another few days have gone by and no major progress unfortunately frown They are busy and are fitting the car in around other stuff to keep the costs down so I can't complain smile

Unfortuately the Lambda sensor was stuck in when they tried to get it out for the wideband so I've just had to order another one, luckily I don't need it today so have got one from eBay for £59 for an NGK one.

I'll update as and when I can with more info!
