^^^^ this. It needs to be either higher and bigger, or on the roof at the back. The air on the boot lid will be too turbulent for that to work as it stands.
I agree with the others about the rear wing. It's looks cheap and it looks like it won't work and the problem is that us PHer's know this and hence so will other people. Sometimes it can be a fine line between making a modification that makes the vehicle unique and making a modification that devalues the car e.g the wing doesn't devalue the car money wise but devalues the Bentley badge on the car.
I think some of the problem is the Bentley is a 1970's three box design and has a huge long, flat boot. I reckon you will need to copy a 1980's three box design that raced back then, say BTCC or at Bathurst 1000 - like the Holden Comodore

I'm such a fan of this build. Really want to do it myself someday.

Someone has done the old Plymouth Road Runner style.
Some original design sketches did call for a lip spoiler.
And this has been seen in Japan.
I think the best resolved wing design wise was the Phantom Motors Turbo R wing - which used the "B" logo design as the wing support. So cool.

The Rolls-Royce Owners Club Victorian branch is having a track day in two weeks. Totally getting stickered up like this!

I like the idea and am looking forward to hearing about how it goes but can't say I'm enjoying the execution.
Nothing to do with being a Bentley purist as I'm not (the rear wing doesn't bother me except on a technical level). But as an engineer it's painful to see perfectly good parts being hacked up. Why not take your time and do a nicer job of it? Sorry but that dash plate for the transmission lever looks bloody awful.

I have the first track day at the end of the month - oh dear will I fall off because of the rear wing? We shall see.
Here is a list of things to do (well some of them).
New wheels and tyres - 19 or 20 inch
Plastic side windows.
Active ride delete and Bilstein shox.
New door cards.
Remove rear window motors.
Remove inner headlamps and duct in air.
Bonnet louvres.
Water injection.
Bigger brakes with water cooling.
Strip out remaining interior.
Remove dashboard and hvac, fit lightweight hvac and alloy dash.
Electric steering column delete.
Full cage plus shell bracing.
Solid mounts for subframes.
Fibreglass Muliner bumpers
LSD probably Quaiffe
It WILL remain as a road car, so the mods will reflect this. It will be at least a year before I am somewhere near where I want to be with this. I am having a whole heap of fun driving / building /winding up with this. It is a cheap way of having fun. Please don't take this so seriously,eh? It's a laugh, OK - or doesn't the PH majority know how to do that?
Just had my 60th and survived a near fatal accident 5 years ago including losing my wife of 18 months - so every day is a bonus. The bucket list is getting shorter!!
