My wife has owned this immaculate red golf anniversary for four years now, it is a 3 owner car and has covered 64k. It was purchased from Andrew at volkswizard. The car has been faultless in our ownership and is the perfect daily driver. It was up for sale last month and sold within 24 hrs, but my wife decided she just couldn't let it go.I had the job of telling the guy who left the deposit he couldn't have it (sorry Damon).
We were looking for a edition 30 golf or r32, but we just couldn't find one as good as the anniversary. What do people do to there cars they are all battered. Here is some pics.[url]

Lovely, absolutely stunning!!!

Best colour for a mk4 Golf Anniversary without a doubt, and nice to see the wheels are still in the original finish too.

My mk4 anniversary was a red one, loved that car, my current mk4 R32 is red too, I like it just a little bit more.

Beautiful. I love my Mk4 smile

The engine bay is a real credit to you both.

Nicest example of a Mk4 that I have seen. You can't beat a fast red golf.

Wow that is absolutely mint! Not surprised it's hard to find a replacement. You'd need to be looking Brand New/Factory fresh to match what you have!

I can see why it would be hard to let that one go!

The cleanest, low mileage example I have seen in a long time, a lady who parks near me at work has a tidy Mk4 Ani in black. Looks lovely, keep it.

They have 180bhp in standard guise and a stage 1 map would see 220-225bhp.

Nice to see a tidy and non modified Mk4 GTi. My Wife has a '03 180 GTi which is also original and has done 60k miles.

Has yours ever suffered from bad creaking from the centre console below the climate control unit?

Looks lovely mate, credit to you for keeping it so good.

I've been lucky enough to have owned 3x Red Anniversaries over the years, 2 diesels and 1 petrol. My petrol one had 22 k miles when I got it and my last diesel I sold had just 46k miles.
Beautiful cars, I wish I had of kept my last one as it was Mint.
