Hi James,
looks absolutley amazing, so clean & purposful, as others have said a credit to yourself
and although i am a little bias, those wheels look absolutley perfect ! especially in gold
Thank you mate! Have you got a set of the same wheels? I spent so long trying to find some! looks absolutley amazing, so clean & purposful, as others have said a credit to yourself

Also, thanks to everyone for the very kind comments. It's been a labour of love over the years so it's nice to hear it's gone in the right direction!
Just a quick update on the DC2, I traveled up to see Micky to pick up a pristine UKDM bonnet from him. I managed 342 miles on one tank so very happy with that! Also put the 98spec alloys on for the trip, with Nurburgring coming up I didn't want to put the miles on the semi slicks.

I got it home and tested it out, then gave it a quick polish!

It needs fresh paint as the colour match isn't 100% perfect, but I will ask TGM to do it later in the year
I actually received another bonnet, but it was delivered damaged. I am giving away so if any one is intrested, please get in contact!
Yesterday I had a rolling road planned with a few friends from the Audi sport forum.

As you can see, it made 204.1bhp and 140.1lb-ft! Very happy with the results
After that, I drove in to London for some nightime photography and didn't get back until 4AM haha

Thanks for reading and apologies for all the pictures!

Thank you mate! Yours is also awesome, how is the new suspension holding up?Al
Small world Stewart! Nice to see you on here I can't wait for next month either, need to get a few bits sorted and I will be ready!
Hey Guys,
Just a quick update on this as I have been meaning to post about my trip to the Nurburgring in June, but still need to finish off the pictures/video so will post a full write up shortly! It was the trip of a lifetime and will be going back next year for sure!
Just one picture of mine on the Ring for now! I'll get the full post finished by the end of the week.

I've decided to refresh the front end and finally fit Mick's old bonnet that is rust free! So that meant buying new bolts for the front end, plus badges..

In the time since I've been back, I had my steering wheel refurbished by Royal Steering wheels and it has come up amazingly!

Currently it's off at the bodyshop being resprayed, but I stripped down the front and cleaned and replaced what I could in the last few weeks! I also changed a electric motor in the headlight for the adjusters, as my passanger side had failed.
Thanks for reading!

That steering wheel has come up fantastic!
Out of interest, where did you go for the red 'H' badge? I looked for one back when I had my DC2 but couldn't find them for anything other than crazy prices, and the car sold before I managed to justify spending that kind of money.
However funnily enough I am now back to looking for one again for the nose of my ATR!

Nice, nice, nice .... a stunning example of (controversial statement coming) the finest out of the box front wheel drive car ever made!!! In my opinion anyway
I owned a black one for 5 years, it was bombproof and when I took it to a track day with mainly Scoobs in attendance a few of them got a nasty shock at how good this thing was at carrying speed through the corners.
Only sold it as it was getting seriously leggy as I used it as my daily ... swapped it for an S2000... another brilliant Honda!
Keep it spot on and I reckon one day you will have an appreciating asset!

Thanks a lot for the kind comments guys, they are fantastic out of the box and always puts a smile my face after all these years.
I ended up getting my badge directly from Honda, I think it was £37 delivered? They do look and last a lot better though!
I thought I would update this thread as it's been a long time since I updated and I've now owned the car for 6 years.
Since posting, the car has been fully re-bushed with the full Spoon sports kit, and it made a massive difference to way the car behaves, I went on another Nurburgring trip shortly after getting it done and the turn in speed was scary!

I ended up ruining my Federal RSR's on a airfield learning day, it was great fun though! So decided to get some new Enkei stickers and new rubber, I went for AD08R's in the end (215/45/16) as I'd heard great things

At the tail end of Oct 2016, I was looking to replace my daily Yaris 1.0ltr run around, and the only sensible option was.. another Honda! This time, I imported a fresh Accord Euro R CL7 from Japan using Torque GT. They have been amazing so far, the car is here and should be read in a few weeks time

Thanks a lot for reading for apologise for the Instagram pictures, I've been slacking with the camera lately as I've just moved in to my first home so it's been busy!
Cheers,
James

Looking forward to hearing how you find the Euro R, having owned a DC2 and subsequently a UK Accord Type R (which was all kinds of awesome), the Euro R has always appealed greatly! If I didn't need my estate car (a 2.4 manual Accord obviously!), I would be giving serious thoughts to one of those as my daily car to run alongside my TVR.
Be sure to start another thread on it!
Beautiful! I used to have a DC2 but only had it a few months as unfortunately I have a rather steep entrance to my drive and just couldn't get it on! I considered moving but the car got the chop instead!
It's one of the only cars I really miss and would have another, I just love the whole package and when you open the door and are greeted by those big red recaros it just feels so special!
R909 RFJ I wonder where you are now?

Very nice car.
A cheap mod for a few extra ponies is a JDM ecu now that you have done the manifold. That was the only differences between a b18c and b18c6 iirc.
My uk dc2 really grew on me. Loads of people who hated U.K. Dc2s came round to loving them after seeing a nice one in the flesh. I'm sure you have realised the same.

Like that lots OP - takes me back to 2003 when I had just sold my CRX VT B16a and starting researching the Integra as the logical next step.
Unfortunately, I had a drive of my brothers aircooled 911 and the rest is history, but always remember them fondly and reading the hugely positive road tests at the time.
Yours looks to be in very good hands
