I really do like that. The RX8 had so much going for it, barring the engine they put in there.

An LS1 sounds a good conversion in that bodyshell. I bet it goes and sounds rather good.

Looks amazing!

I'd probably have to get saving for this now, any estimates on the cost for this? It's one of the few I've seen that has actually been finished...

Hi the car has now gone to the bodyshop ( P. J.B accident repairs in Birmingham ) to be repainted the car has been stripped and the front and rear screen removed, the boot has had the spoiler and some of the badges removed and the holes welded up and new holes drilled for the new spoiler ( a full genuine appearance kit is being fitted ) I have had a front accent, side fins and rear bumper ( lower ) painted to match the wheels

Struck me as a lot of money for an RX-8 but when I think about the personalised nature of it, the level of work that's gone in to it and that it's probably not something you're too worried about for resale value, why not. There's worse ways to spend that money I suppose.

Really like the car though, how much would it have set you back for just the engine and car done? (forgetting Brembos and paint)

Love the LS series by far the best bang for your buck in terms of power, reliability and sound!

I knew a guy with a WS6 TA once, the LS1 5.7, head and cams and it was something like 450hp. He was doing a ''mild'' turbo build and aiming for 800RWHP LOL
