Requested by some people in my intro post. I have found some pics of my old Saph. Would love to know where this is now (shouldn't be hard to find as there aren't many Crystal Blue ones around now)

Feel free to post pics of your Saph's below. Or even better tell me if you know what the hell happened to my old one smile

It doesn't sound good for your old car does it?

frown That's just after I sold it. Broken for parts then, I would assume!

Outside chance it's being stored somewhere. Particularly low mileage/good condition?

I don't think it's been scrapped (or, not properly scrapped paperwork wise) as the old micra I chopped in under scrappage returns a "no record found" from DVLA.

It didn't have any rust but was on 80k (and that was 7 odd years ago mind). I do hope it hasn't been violated for spares.

Always loved the crystal blue ones and they were very rare and we always waxed lyrical over that colour if we saw one at Ford Fair or the RS National Day...I really miss owning a Ford and I have drove a few cossies but never got around to actually owning one sadly.

Very nice to see these relatively standard, clean examples. I never thought this model suited modifications.

Looks better in the photos, 23 years old and 112 k now, not up to your standards i'm afraid.

I must get round to sourcing some original headlights and washers (shame that they don't light up very much). It is starting to get difficult to find decent tyres for the original 15" wheels, uaually get blank looks followed by 'why do you want that speed rating on such small wheels'?

It looks very nice. Is it Flint Grey or Smokestone?

Flint grey. Smokestone can along a bit later (must get out more).
