So time for an update, albeit not a massive one

First off the car hasnt moved in month as we've finally moved into our new house, and alas that does mean the spending on the Pug has to stop for 2017. I do however now have an epic 3 garage man cave with double height, so long term i'll get my 2 poster and create my own little motorsport team lol

I now live relatively close to the Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb, so for my sins, washed the car at 7am in the rain and went up there last sunday, she scrubbed up well smile

Great selection of cars!

In the meantime it passed the MOT, and now its the mission to get it ready for Bedford again on the 27th of March, and then Coombe in the summer

Fantastic car OP! Been thinking of getting a track/fun car and I have to say you have me looking at these motors wanting one!
Look forward to future updates

Frustratingly the new driveshaft hasnt solved the vibration issue on cornering as per my other post, however i'll follow the advice and see where we get to. Apologies if someone else has already mentioned it, but could your problem be a failing wheel bearing?

Small update, im an absolute sucker for carbon, its always been way out of reach for me as this is a 'budget' track car build...anyway, a carbon skinned GRP bonnet pops up on fb for £180, its not perfect but it saves me 12kg's and frankly is about as clean as the rest of the car.....i've fitted new bonnet pins, latches and recessed sections, and I bloody love it!

Ties in nicely with black bump strips, black HiSpec brakes etc...

Bargainous, now time for a track day or two!

Fitted 2 new drive shafts at great expense, swapped wheels around and rebalanced and im pleased to report it was resolved smile

Sadly i've sold the car now and hope to get another project on the go once ive made the transition to my new job towards the end of the year smile

You've sold the 306?

I've got some pictures of it from a number of years ago including on the rolling road if you want me to post them.
