Well I've had her for nearly 3 weeks now and can't stop driving it!

Such a competent all round car.

Coming from a TVR it's obviously complete luxury in comparison, but dare I say it, quicker?!
it's got the PPP so 487bhp and LSD along with loads of other options.

It's a 2011 so pre facelift and has the earlier auto box which is my only dislike, many prob won't like the cream interior but I think it looks fantastic against the black.

I did a deal over the phone with a private seller, as he bought it for his son who travels the world managing Chaz Davies in the world superbikes! I would have like to done a deal on his FF but he declined.

The noise is so addictive and just keep seeing the mpg droppings daily but I don't care!

A few things need done such as a full detail, fog light replaced and wheel refurb.

I've also spoke to MSL this week regarding a map and secondary cat delete but not sure I want to mod such a good OEM+ car.

Heres some pics

Absolutely stunning. My next car- not sure whether to have Saloon or Estate- coupe is still too expensive.

Love every part of it well chosen!

Very nice OP - I have a black Estate too, albeit non-PPP. It has the LSD fitted from factory though smile

Whilst this is far from being my favourite car, if I could only have one car to last me the rest of my life, one car to do absolutely everything from trackdays to taking the family, dog and luggage across Europe in, it'd be one of these. Cracking car OP.

Love it.

What a superb machine! Spec looks decent too, definitely a fan of black over cream.
However what's the dislike about the gearbox, I thought the facelift boxes just had a different map, is the change that noticeable?

Gearbox is pretty slow and sometimes feels un reactive, but I probably need to understand it more. In a car that was released the later than bmw's DCT gearbox I thought they should have done better, but at the same time bmw's probably wouldn't cope with all that torque...

I believe 2012 onwards has a MCT gearbox which still isn't as good as the BMW it is improved aome what. Couldn't confirm as it's just what I've read.

Can certainly see me owning a 507 in the future tho.

Hi jack,

Ha yeah, TVR was awesome perfect for the job part from a few very minor niggles. Only mechanical issue was struggling with the heat climbing the alps..

Le Mans next year ?

I'll admit to more than a bit of jealously turning north back to the ferry knowing where you were headed!!

We'll be back next year - look out for a silver elise s1, catch up with you at the bar!

Take care and enjoy that car!!

Great choice, my other half has a silver 11 plate C63 estate as her daily driver for the past couple of years

We replaced a smashed foglight a couple of weeks ago, seems they're vulnerable to stones

You must spoil her! My other half has a 1.5 juke!

Yeah I've just ordered a new fog light and now realised the other has a crack in too!

Thanks.

I don't think I can get bored of this machine! Had a run up to the borders with a 600bhp evo today and it impressed us both!
