Today I changed the n/s/r lower hub bush for an "M3" one. I had already changed the o/s/r one as that corner had a complete overall with new arm, bearing and bushes. This is the new bush:

For those asking the obvious question, why change bushes when you have nasty floor cracks? I had the bush on the shelf and can change in just over an hour. I can't spare the time at the moment to drop the rear axle and get welding.

Just sold the 328. I got a new job which involves more travelling. The 328 has been sold to a friend and replaced with a 2000 330dA Touring. With 220k miles. I might do a thread on that one. It's getting the 328 suspension put on it for starters, fitted M3 rear trailing arm bushes already-it had the original ones! 0 deg 12' rear toe in, factory spec is 16+-10 so not bad. Was toeing out with the old bushes. I'll set the rear camber to my favoured -1.5 degs unloaded once the 328 susp is on.
