House move D-Day Minus 3.
I'm guessing you will be busy Wed Night with an imminent house move?

Thank you Mr.CoopedUp.

Hopefully the tortuous saga of Swiss Family Whatty is drawing to a close.
Then again buying a house from the Saga Generation was actually our mistake.

I jest, lovely couple.

Being as we've been packed for 9 months I don't have a huge amount on today laugh
That said I do have to interview Norfolk's biggest 007 fan at 7:30. Fun guy. Weird gig.
I'll try and make it to Elsie's later.

Cheers, Whatty.

One last late nite snap.

Suzi the Bighorn stop out.
Kerb crawling at Club Elsie.

Evening Mr CoopedUp.

Suzi is indeed grounded.
She also has presented me with a puzzle.

Weird blue lit interior.
A Japanese market fetish perhaps?

Some country miles covered this afternoon.
Don't know whether I'm coming or going.

No matter, shed keys in hand tonight.

Just the small matter of moving in. Simple.
Unlike The Archers or syphilis the end of this non-car Readers Cars thread is finally in sight.

Cheers, Whatty.

Thanks Mr. BenWRXSEi

The box move job is jobbed. Now for the incredibly tedious unboxing bit.

Appreciate your sympathies Mr. Geeks. Yesterday was a long day.
Shifting 1200 cubic feet of stuff has left me feeling a bit stiff.

Ding dong. Avon calling.

No worries on the STD front. I always carry quality rubber.

07:17 am - Time for toast.

Cheers, Whatty. byebye

Sunday May 17th 2015.

Still at the Old Volks Home.
Norfolk. UK.

A good week: hard work and a new home make for happy families.

Just need to find the chassis for Whatty Jr's 911.
Hopefully it will turn up.

As for the tool next to it? Well, there is a tale to tell that might just require some suspension of disbelief.
Planet earth is a big place. The digital car world appears to be tiny.

Cheers, Whatty.

I won't spoil it but you are right.

I've done 3 moves in two years, such fun, next one due in 8 weeks. Mrs DG3 takes care of all the packing, downside, many "man" things go missing, upside, they appear later, but hopefully before replacements are purchased. Maybe I should be a little less of lazy sod, but dealing with Chinese moving companies is not my strong point. Anyway, on to the point of my post Whatty, great thread, best wishes for a happy future in the new home, lang mae your lum reek, Gaelic (long may chimney smoke) Keep up the good work, Mrs @ Mr. DG3.

Good morning Mr. DG3

Thanks for your kind words.
Great thread? I rather think this thread grates on some.

3 moves in 2 years? I feel for you, I really do.
Chinese removals? I can only imagine.
Having a Missus with organisational skill seems to be the key feature in nest shifting.
Bit pressed for time but I really do wish you the smoothest of moves.

Cheers, Whatty wavey

PS. As for chimneys smoking thanks for the blessing. Good reminder.
Need to figure out lighting kitchen range thing.
I'll be in hot water if there isn't any.
