Why would you sell the S6 for the 328??????
I bought it as the family car back when my wife had a little corsa. Since then I got her the 7 seat Discovery and we've swapped roles, meaning I could get something smaller.

The S6 was truely great as a daily. However now that it's been relieved of family duties, the auto box and 4wd that make it so effortless to drive quickly in all weathers, also mean it doesn't do "weekend fun" very well.

With it's manual box, straight 6, RWD and unlimited headroom, the 328 is much more of an event to drive even with it's 150bhp deficit.

Thanks, I will (and do!) biggrin

I just checked your profile to say likewise, please don't think the Golf thing was personal, makes even more sense why we're not buddies now!

The 'bitterness' paragraph was meant to be a tongue in cheek pop at the things General Gassing generally argues about, I clearly don't have the intelligence for satire! smile
I don't know how you can sleep at night you Vauxhall owner you hehe

Lovely car, the Busso V6 is a wonderful lump thumbup Have you tinkered with the exhaust at all? The GTV at least was insultingly quiet originally.
Thank you! smile

Yeah the GTA is rather loud, got a full decat system on. I think I measured 87db at idle but i'd have to double check...

Purley financial decision. I would prefer an M3 but the 328 suits me better at the moment.

Not pictured yet is our Little Mk5 Golf GT TSI. Not a bad little collection at our time in our lives, I have a very understanding fiance smile
Stunning.

I'm so envious. Noble is about the only thing I'd part with my M3 for. smile

The daily driver. Abarth Grande Punto, it's awesome fun.

The big car. Volvo V70 T5.

The project car. Mk2 Rev 3 MR2 G-Limited, co-owned with Cammmy on the forums.

The mrs' car. R53 Mini Cooper S. I think my love of cars is starting to rub off on the OH, as she couldn't give a monkeys about the KA she had before this!

Cheers,

Ant

Is that an M135i?
Yep, just the 'fins' in the front bumper give it away really. Oh and the wheels and mirrors.

Both look aggressive as fk!!
Haha thanks. They are both also tuned performance wise. Two cars that offer very different driving experiences.
