Wow. Beautiful car!

A bit mad really, i'm currently driving a 2013 Fiesta ST & would love one of these when I give the Fez back (I had a 1.6 147 as my first car, always lusted after a GTA) or for that matter a MK1 FRS!

How does the GTA compare to the RS & the ST? I can imagine they are very similar performance wise, but very different to drive!

In speed terms both the RS and GTA would leave the ST standing. However, the ST was such a great little car, I do miss it slightly. The RS was a no compromise track tool, very hard suspension (like the ST) but great fun. Probably the car I miss most is the RS.

Early impressions of the GTA are superb. Slightly quicker than the RS and with a much nicer soundtrack! I've not driven it on any B roads yet so cant compare handling yet.

Thanks for posting Magpie21. I love teledials, but the Blackline alloys on your old one look great to my eyes as stated previously. They look classy and subtle and don't scream performance. They're more stealthy IMO.

I fancy a set for my 156 but I've only seen one photo of a GTA with them. Can't decide from that if I like 'em or not!

Anyone know of anymore?

Great stuff. You did well to find one with both Q2 and 330's AND in Nuvola Bianco. I would seriously recommend taking some measures to safe guard the ECU if you're keeping her long term; chiefly the manifolds. The're seems to be one particular capacitor which migrates front the board due to the solder drying out and causes the failure. You'll get an 'Imobiliser Failure' warning and the throttle body will wildly flap open and closed. I had mine replaced in October 13 and Bosch discontinued production in August 13, I had a hell of a job finding one and Mangoletsi managed to source me one of the last remaining units. As I said, it cost £1400 including VAT and I believe they occasionally have refurbished ones available on an exchange basis at £1100.

Just some friendly advise as I came across several owners who had the same issue during my ownership.
To fix a circuit board?! Woah!! Send me the board and I'll fix it for half that... (I work radar electronics so happy to do the work).

Stunning in white.

If you can afford put a set of 19'' spoked alloys from the Alfa GT (google Alfa 147 19" alloys alfa gt) on it as they look phenomenal and suit the car so well.
Agreed. They are 18" though. thumbup

Ooh Nuvola, fabulous. The thing I miss most about my old Bussos was the sound on cold idle. It was like ear treacle, tremendous engines.
