My 1990 Honda prelude 3rd gen
Discussion
Great looking car! Always had a soft spot for these and the CRXs of the same era. Honda were really on it then. I agree with the others on wheels and the respray. Wheels wise how about a set of Prelude 5th Gen alloys?
Not sure if they would fit but would look in keeping but make it look a touch more modern at the same time. On the re-spray I would just get it professionally detailed/machine polished. Will be a lot cheaper than a respray and with the panels looking pretty good (from what I can see) polishing would really bring out the best in it.
Enjoy

Ah my bad. Looking at your pics again I can see that they are the 5th Gen wheels. Doh. I think the whiteness was making me think they were after market. I'm a fan of the OEM+ look on a car like that so I would just re-finish the current wheels in a nice silver or anthracite shade. But it's your car so up to you!

Thanks Craivold, .. the wheels on my 3rd gen are the ones from the 5th gen .. its just that they're powder coated white , im already looking at some wheels and quite like these
I bought a set like that but with black centres for my 4th gen.In all honesty, they'll suit the 3rd/5th gen much more.

Your wheels aren't fifth gen wheels, as 5G's are 17 inch with a 5x114.4 pattern.Your wheels are actually from the 98-03 Accord Sport that have been sprayed white with the centre pieces removed. 16 inch with a 4x114.4 pattern.
