You are a man of fine taste too, if I may say. Here's my Titanium 111s.

pretty much the same car as mine; I love it to death!

Best mod I ever did was to fit the adjustable lower engine mount from elise parts. Made a massive difference to the feel of the car.

Presume this is the steady bar type thing that attaches to the sump? Tell me more...

Finally the roads have been dry this weekend, took the chance to get out for a local run.

I was feeling a bit soft so the roof will be off next week too....

Such a nice car Mark, glad you're happy with it. I am sure it will be epic in North Wales.

I was going to say-there's a hardtop which needs removing!

I'm looking forward to the weather brightening up-Wales was going to be one of my destinations for a "spin around the block" soon.

That's an awesome picture mate. If my future ever includes a company car, I can see myself hankering after an Elise...

Adjustable engine mount http://www.eliseparts.com/products/show/30/122/adj...

This is the one that fits to the sump. I also bought the additional bracket that this mounts too but I haven't fitted that part yet as I couldn't get the old one off! it's been fitted by the incredible hulk it seems.

Made a massive difference to the feel of the car. There is a slight increase in noise and vibration but only at idle really and to be honest; it really is very slight.

Get it bought; it's well worth it.

Major modifications for the Elise this month, a key set refresh! The rubber key holder thingy on cobra alarms are crap, so an ebay Cobra copy for £2 and a new Lotus key fob and my keys looks a little more presentable.

This morning I had the first run out of the year to the Evo triangle also my first time out there in an Elise. Fantastic roads, the places safe to stop to take any pics don't do the roads justice.... plus you don't really want to stop!

Still bit damp but all in all a good run out.

Oh, wavey to the guy in the red Elan who was out there too.

Absolutely stunning. The s1 is still the best looking Elise by far IMO. I reckon that is the best colour as well.

It is good up there, especially on a clear dry day. The scenery adds to it all. If you decide to go give me a shout.

Will do-I need to rediscover the love for mine (again). Off to the 'Ring hopefully in a few weeks for a long weekend, hopefully that'll do the trick. May try and get over to the Triangle beforehand if a nice day presents itself.
