That's lovely! I do have a soft spot for 3i's though.

I raced them from the age of 16 in the Ford XR Challenge. The first one was a mk3 with mk4 bumpers, bright pink wheels and a massive cougar on the bonnet (it had been sponsored by Keighley Cougars previously). It took months to get all those stickers off!! Anyway as it was my first season racing cars (karting before that) we used track days as practice. The amount of quicker cars it left for dead in the corners was brilliant, even better was the amount of people who came up asking what turbo it was running smile

Whats the plan for this one then?

Just bring it up to show standard, needs a bit of recommisioning after a 23 year rest, bit of tidying here and there

and the TTW`s (Nov 80 Reg) were all Red XR3s used for promotional photos?
