Just had the cat back fitted and it looks nice and subtle just as I hoped with slightly more 'scooby' boxer rumble but no drone whatsoever inside the car at any speed.
Not really too much of a fan of the jap cannon looking exhausts so this suits my taste nicely, I will get some video of it at some point in the next few days.

The car went in for a service and bad BC coilovers fitted with the extended rear adjusters as well which look smart and allow adjustment on the back end very easily, I haven't gone for a drastic change in ride height it's just about 10mm lower at the front and maybe 15mm lower at the back giving much more level stance. The car is actually more complaint now than it was on the standard dampers which were sticking slightly (common fault on all imprezas this age and newer) but it also corners much flatter and resists under steer much more than it did before, all work carried out at cotton competition to a very high standard.

I will get some better pictures in the coming days but I am very happy so far!
Cheers,
Carl

It was on it when I got it but it could well be!
It looks and goes awesome now so I am pretty happy with it now, I can't believe how not harsh the suspension is when listening to some people saying that they hate there's and it's too harsh etc I can only assume they have it set too low and with too much damping stiffness!

A couple more mods carried out, K&N typhoon induction fitted which sounds absolutely epic!
And also de-badged the back end for a cleaner look
All done for a little while I think, I wouldn't mind fitting a 100cel downpipe and having a remap but it's getting to where I want it now really for the time being at least!
Cheers,

You didn't just post your chassis number on t'internet did you? i'd be wary of doing that...A few pics:
They are 316bhp/310lb.ft standard, it does have the prodrive sports cat as standard yeah with only one instead of 2 but I expect it's still probably a bit restrictive compared to some aftermarket items... It is pretty rapid now to be fair but there's always that hunt for more haha... The figures are 4.25 to 60 and 10.6 to 100 I think so no slouch! I have got first dibs on a tomei expreme cat back around probably September time so I will probably get that just as it's the pimpest Impreza exhaust I have seen being titanium and weighing just 5 kilos for the whole cat back as opposed for 15 for the standard exhaust!
