Sounds good, even better with the manual gear box!

Approved.

Quick bump...still awaiting repairs due to insurance companies dragging their heels... got this in an email today from my insurance company....can scarcely believe that the guy is still saying this was my fault. I will post the footage but only after the matter is settled.
"They have noted that liability is disputed as the circumstances they hold is that both vehicles collided when the lanes merged?? Not sure where they got that from but I am confident that when they view the footage they will take ownership of the claim straight away."

Nice car but why the antisocial exhaust, even the standard one on those things are too loud, my neighbours standard s5 woke me every morning the whole time he had the damn thing. He has a diesel q5 now, never woken me or the wee one once ever.

I imagine your neighbour's wasn't standard.

Factory exhaust is really very refined and muted. It's scarcely any louder than the 3.0 diesel. I have both parked <5m from me now so feel quite qualified to comment wink

This is exactly why so many end up with an aftermarket system whilst at a glance the most popular alternatives are cosmetically identical to standard.

I like car noises. I was a bit disappointed with how muted the standard exhaust is. I don't have a normal job which requires me to go to work every morning and most of the houses around me are holiday homes so very rarely anybody in them. The milltek is non-resonated so it does make a fair bit of noise but you can drive around it and make as much or as little noise as you like. It's not full on blasting all the time.
