I'm sure the guy that used to own this car also used to own my canam.
Was that Dom? I bought the car of a gentleman called Nick, our Berkshire way. I believe though that this was one of Dom's old GTRs

Thanks for all the kind words, she's been a labour of love. Few more mods planned over the winter, including modernising the interior a bit.

I wasn't thinking of Dom, maybe it was a different green GTR.

There is lots you can do to make the stock interior much more modern, I actually fitted Noble seats in my canam and had a stack dash different buttons etc etc... Ive now got a noble and have removed the seats and made my own lol, I guess you must know how 'max power' the noble interior feels as std and needs changing for a different reason to the Ult smile

Its a lovely car and the engine sound matches the car which is always a good thing as well. The colour is a definite improvement (that hurt to say)

Now if only the driver matched the car it would be complete wink

I managed to escape some of the Max Power image in my M12 by replacing the steering wheel with a nice suede unit and satin blacking a number of interior items. But know exactly what you mean!

That's just awesome.

I'd love an Ultima but what are they like for room? (I'm 6' 2'' and a bit of a lump) Anyway, off to check classifieds and have a bit of a day dream. Could I get one with BMW V8 or V10 power?
There are tall people than you that have had ultimas for years and years.... there was a lowered floor pan option, I had a friend who retro fitted this as well... there are ultimo out there with BMW V10's, V12's and V8's.... rare for them to come up for sale.
I do know of an unfinished V10 GTR thats not been worked of for quite a few years.
I'd definitely be keen to find out more. I imagine that's a chassis and engine combination that's pretty spectacular.

Such a bold colour choice and also being metallic it totally stands out from the flat colours normally associated. Love it.

My build is aimed at the taller driver; opted for the lowered floor pan and the pedal box extended 80mm than a standard chassis. Get's a little tight for the master cylinders but once they're in its fine. The Factory were more than happy to accommodate!

This is a long shot (and a serous bit of thread revival) but can the OP confirm the colour and code on this car please. This is the exact shade I want to go with on my bmw project

My favourite Ultima by a country mile!
