Some lovely low mileage motors here - it's so good a finding well looked after low mileage car. I really like the CLS.
Thank you, I get a bit of a ribbing for not driving them as much as some would and what's the point in having them if i'm not driving them all the time. Fact is that they remain special to me even if they're not anything too exotic.

I'm still in love with the CLS though I must admit, it's very relaxing having the power it does under your right foot and yet you don't feel the need to tear about in it all the time.

Great choice of cars, that CLS is lovely and the Megane is rather nice too. Love that you have still maintained things like the Twingo to a high standard as well.

Not sold on a Diesel Merc but then everyone needs a daily and I can imagine it's got sufficient grunt whilst remaining peaceful which is just perfect on a daily.

You may not feel the "need" to tear about in it, but if I had one I would always feel the "desire"!

AMG CLS is just lovely OP! thumbup Enjoy (oh, and use it a bit!).

Thank you chap, the Megane is a bit interesting now as there's not that many in this colour let alone this condition.

The E Class is a good daily driver, shifts rather well. It's smart but nondescript enough to be ok to leave in most places, if that makes sense. I park up at a train station car park most days and it blends in, which means I don't worry too much. smile

I'd definitely like to opt for the later shape E Class at some point in the future though.

I had the CLS serviced at DDR in Surrey last week so had a good drive home. Had the B service completed, brake fluid changed and a brake wear sensor replaced as it was showing the brakes were worn when they're not. The desire to give it some beans on the way home was high haha

I had refrained from using the CLS whilst waiting to arrange the service. In that time the battery died and the Airmatic decided that it would opt for the low rider effect. Quite cool but glad it sorted itself out once the new battery was fitted haha.

Gave all three Mercs a clean up over the weekend as well since the weather was good on Saturday. Cleaned inside, outside and engine bays.

The CLS...

..onto the SL.

Lastly the E Class

I finally got the headlights looking a lot better on the E Class as well. Took some wet sanding, polishing and a spray of lacquer but they are a lot better so whacked in some Osram indicator bulbs to remove the Tango effect.
