Owing to various life events I am going to sell this car. I have put it on eBay. It needs a new or recon brake master cylinder.

I'm sure I saw this in the camping section at Oulton Park this weekend parked with 2 911's and a TR6. Lovely, lovely car.

Hello troops. I sold the Daimler to a friend who has a vast collection of cars of many types, and he is slowly restoring it. It is quite a big job, as perhaps not surprisingly the grot underneath the paint was quite extensive.

I flogged My Lotus Excel also, but have still got my SD1 and Dolomite Sprint, and also my XJS, although that is currently awaiting some major work.

You ent sin me, roight? I am not really back. Too much blah in here for my taste, but I might make the odd post about actual (gasp) cars.

I haven't missed me! If I do post a bit, I am going to try to post only about cars, and stay well clear of all the bks in N,P&E and S,P&L.

Because of the association of senior legal beagles with ladeez of specialist services is this a post graduate course that a chap has to pass to rise to the upper realms of the legal profession ?
Are they sworn into an inner sanctum ?
Are the said ladeez given a list of members .
Could one get a list of the female members of the inner sanctum.
Or is it automatic admittance on purchase of a Daimler .
All is explained here -

Probably quite similar to what I found when I removed the paint on my XJ coupe

I never go in there, unless it's to occasionally remind myself how unpleasant and objectionable some people can be on-line, as it spoils the enjoyment of an otherwise useful site.

Every time I think about buying a Series XJ I just remember the hidden rot on your XJ Coupe and the idea seems less appealing.

BV72 - What's up with your XJS?
