Parts finally shipped on friday after getting the run around from the suppliers on stock availability. Just a couple more items to get before fitting commences. These parts should see me with quite a nice gain towards my target.

Hopefully get to fit it all before Thunder Road in August. Still need to fabricate a heat shield for the cai. Also got my eye on a new domestic supplier for the exhaust but that can wait.

Only 13.2 litres, perfectly practical for a daily driver in the UK!

Good luck, they will fail a warranty claim if you have the wrong bloody air freshener in the cabin..

No you want the 1000 cubic inch one for practicality. Never need anything more than tickover. Lol

Inspected by VX and just waiting for them to get the parts number from Walkinshaw before ordering a new shock. Should be under warranty, but will probably take 2 years for the part to arrive from HSV.

ditch them and switch over to standard upgraded shocks. magnetic is great till its fked and lets face it VX aint going to be using the same quality stuff that Porsche do. In fact, VX probably accept Porsche's rejects

And with the new cam that has landed, this should see me in the region of 750bhp at a wild guesstimate smile

All you need is a turbo (or two) and, job done!
Yeah get some compound boost in there! I would say a rear mounted 88mm pro mod will get the job done! wink

So....750hp with the overdriven LSA kit and cam, which is a proven and reliable upgrade path...

...plus a 250hp shot of nitrous bags the magic 1000hp???

Nitrous is not really going to be able to make him say "1000bhp", its more "1000bhp every now and then"

I'd prefer to think of it as switchable power. Bit like a sport button in a BMW. Best of both worlds, as 1000hp isn't particularly useful on the road. You could save the NOS for trips to the Pod and Thunder Road events.

That'd be the cheapest 250hp anyone's added to an LSA motor. And the thread could end with a new name for the OP: F**kingtoldyousoMidgetnowsuckmyb*lls
