It did the rounds on here, but someone I know was part of of a big stance trip to Worthersee. Heading through Germany. Near Cologne the police stopped them and found that their cars did not comply. (They were really stancey, with stuff like very stretched tyres, and other 'stance' stuff) All of their cars were seized, and could not be driven in Germany. They took the number plates, and would post them back to the owners. The cars had to be trailered back to England. I recall there was some hefty fines too.

The German Rozzers really don't mess around!

I got a speeding fine on the way to the ring in 2017. You will really mess their system up if you insist on paying the fine in cash, as I discovered much to my amusement.

If your ever over in the uk there is a monthly meet at the waterwheel at Howden (Simply Mustang UK, Facebook-k group. Normally during the spring/summer it’s jam packed with mustangs of all ages. A few GT350, some old stuff. Really friendly bunch. Always happy to see people.

My wife’s Convertible, next to a 800bhp supercharged bullet.

Link to the Waterwheel, they do a cracking breakfast.

Just saw all of his posts have been removed. Was that his doing, or what? Anyone know him in real life? It's a shame, this was a great thread for a great car.

I followed him on Instagram, and that account is gone too. Not sure what's happened, really. Shame, as his threads were really good ones.

Looks like he scrubbed his online presence, although his YouTube channel appears to still be there. Shame as this thread was very good. I hope he is ok.

Very odd, hopefully all is ok. I'm a bit sad to see all his posts gone, it made me realise how long I've been enjoying following the progress of the Alfa/Fiat/Volvos/Mustang. He put a lot of time into what he shared.

That's good to hear. I've exchanged emails with him in the past, and he's a good lad. smile

OP here.

Not returning to PH...

But just to let some of the old guard know (if they are still around).

I'm healthy. The Mustang is healthy. It's a bit different now though.

750bhp Roush stage 3 supercharged, uprated fuel system, long tube headers, upgraded internals, 900bhp racing clutch, 2 piece discs, Recaro interior.... The list goes on smile

Stay happy and healthy PH!

What a bizarre post.

"I'm not coming back, but I've signed up again, and here are some photos of my car. Please say nice things about it, thanks. Although I won't log in to check them."

Nice you still have it, wish I had kept mine.

Looks like I could have sold it now for what I paid for it 7 years ago.

Still, I wouldn't be able to fuel it these days so now in a 999cc triple smile
