A pointer from my thread brought me here...it reminded me to look back in my email inbox to see who it was on PH that asked me about the rolling shell of my spares car....not prizes for guessing that it was the very same chap that started this....

It does look pretty bad to be fair though.

If you have a bit to play with I'd strip it and get a mobile blaster to come and blast everything from the scuttle down. You probably already know there's a lot of work here and it's going to be all the more difficult working with layers of old paint and filler.
