I am all for these mad projects but quite literally every single thing you have on that roller you have pictured is shagged.

I quite like the idea of listening to old 8 tracks in it however, maybe turn it into a small theme bar

If he restored a scrapper to do that to, then that just adds financial insanity to his lack of taste.

Its a Roller, whats wrong with that ? not everyone is a fan of 2cvs, I would have thought that you, as an owner of many of them would understand the allure of unusual transport.

It does look pretty bad to be fair though.

How much time do you have, OP?

If you have a bit to play with I'd strip it and get a mobile blaster to come and blast everything from the scuttle down. You probably already know there's a lot of work here and it's going to be all the more difficult working with layers of old paint and filler.
