This is our 3rd patrol. We use it to tow a 16 foot 3 axel trailer in the summer months and have found only these and land cruisers stick the pace, and the toyotas are a lot more expensive like for like condition. Didn't think i'd find another Patrol as they've mostly been over worked/rusted at this stage but this one popped up in the next town from me and was absolutely immaculate having spent a lot of its time in the south of France.

4.2 petrol auto, 80k with fsh. Lovely to drive, very relaxed, rarely exceeds 2k rpm which gives 80 mph in top. Everything works from the heated seats to the A/C. I intend to look after this one but from the abuse we gave the last one these things are pretty much un breakable and really feel like a proper thing.

No major plans, possibly a set of bf goodrich tyres and a snorkel!

Always loved the shape of the Y60.

I would replace my P38 for one of these if A) they weren't twice the price and B) I could find one!!

First job I had as a teenager was working in a marine chandlers, they had one of these but 4.2 diesel, high roof model and used it to drag the boats around. It felt like nothing was attached, even with the heaviest boats on trailers with flat tyres. Pretty rare find these days.

I had the chance to buy one of these for £400 prior to an auction. It made £2,700 plus BP, plus Vat.

It was imported from new from Cyprus and used by a civil engineering firm its entire life. It was the na 4.2 diesel

I've always liked the idea of one of these. I think they are popular in saudi arabia, and can be tweaked for some rather large power outputs.
