Black alloys look good on that.

Any more details on the car? Assume it's a turbo?

I had a 220 coupe back in the day, big end bearings went the day after I bought it which kind of put a dampener on things. It was a lovely car though and so undervalued for the performance.

I have to say that it has to be the first one I've seen in white and looks to be in great condition (love the cars by the way, I'm still persisting with my '98 pearlescent Tahiti Blue Coupe). Not a fan of the black alloys though, mind you that has more to do with my general dislike of them, that and the fact I very much prefer the silver 15" five spoke Blaze alloys the '97+ Coupes came with (and are a lot easier to clean as well).

I have a real soft spot for these.

How are they for rust? Structural areas?

More pictures please OP!

One of the early ones with the pre-grill front valance...

Looks like it's missing the black corner splitters though..? Or is it just the angle..?

Will have mine back running shortly... biggrin

Attitude??
You mean to make it look like it's wheel trims have fallen off??

Sorry...no offence, black alloys are the antithesis of style IMO...on...anything.
All these million pound hyper-trinity-mega limited cars with fantastic, shapes and curves and details and materials in loud mad and bad colours, but when photographed look as if they have nothing in the wheel arches...
Why would you want that?...they start a trend and then it's applied to any and every car, so before long the street is full of taxi-spec-looking things..what's wrong with seeing the design of your wheel?!

Ignore me I'm old.

Other than that, the Tomcat was right in my 'era'. I went with Honda CRXs...but they're not a million miles apart in some ways, and I had a deep love of the two glass panels...The whole car was a winner IMO.
