That indicates a winter tyre does it not?
My point exactly. It's August, and Summer in the Northern Hemisphere

Love it, you must be the same person that has posted up on either a forum or Facebook somewhere, no way there's 2 recently sold. I never knew about this model until I started researching the brand properly after a chance test drive. I always thought they were more style over substance until I had a go in a 595 Competizione in March this year, picking up my series 4 next month

That's how you fill a wheel arch, what a purposeful looking little thing. More than a hint of Integrale about it.

Yes I posted on the Abarth forum but by some strange coincidence there is another for sale on the Abarth forum! I think the 18" wheels are perfect and thanks for the positive comments. I often get people at petrol stations asking what is it as they like it but look puzzled when I try to explain!! It's nice to drive something very unique.

Always had a soft spot for these my 1st car was a Fiat Grande Punto Sporting (just before the black headlights were introduced) and loved it.

i always do like looking around the abarth versions when I see them around (very rare and very cool).

Nice car OP and not that far removed from my 147 GTA - LSD, brembos, FSD's are a common mod as is a noisy exhaust. Mine has a proper engine though :P

The 500 Biposto with that gearbox would be my choice though. Even if all 6'7" of me would look very silly in it. :clown:

The Koni FSD's seem to be on quite a few Hot Hatches, the Corsa 'E VXR has them aswell.

Does the 695 Biposto have the Koni's ?

Wow!!! Wish I'd have seen this before ordering my 595, love something a little different/special. Seems like a bargain for such a rare car(???)

Yes it is a bargain but when you consider you can buy a standard Abarth punto evo same year for around 7-8k (some less) the addition 4k for the scorpione puts the rarity into perspective and like I said in my original post it's not exactly a exotic car with a 6 figure prices. It's still just a hot hatch. Maybe in a few years time when standard ones depreciate the scorpione may increase, who knows. For a lot of people it is an unknown make and has never been an obvious contender to other hot hatches but if you get the chance try one! I've had lots of hot hatches but this just feels special and plenty quick enough for everyday use. The Abarth 595 is also an amazing car. For anyone who has driven or owned an Abarth then it's our secret!

That's exotica to me and like you say über rare.

Wheels and especially the seats are bloody sexual.

I have always liked the Abarth Puntos and these look extra special (not of the ASDA variety). I'm rather jealous of this! I think these make a far more interesting proposition to Fiesta STs, Corsa VXRs, Polo GTis et al.
