Love it! See a regular Abarth Punto on my way to work every day, and it looks quality, so this must be even better!

The 0-60 times are actually quoted in "normal mode" so I'm told by the Abarth forum, in "sport mode" they are around 6.5 either way it feels quick enough to be fun. When new they were 23k let's just say what I paid reflected the rarity and I'm sure one day they might become collectable. I bought it to enjoy as I'm a petrol head not as a investment.

Ah fair enough, lets be honest, fairly pointless statistic in a fwd hatch anyway! Any pics of your actual car?

Saw something that looked very much like Punto version of one of these a few days back. Certainly a nice looking thing.

Great to see you'll be using yours as intended and not just sitting on it, as a potential investment.

It is basically a Punto on steroids! Abarth use the punto body but from there on its all Abarth products including restyled front and rear end apart from obvious stuff like glass and some switch gear etc

Out of all that, the seats stand out for me. I think they look fabulous.

Oh very nice indeed!

Is the run out Supersport model the same?

The supersport has the same 180 bhp but nothing else the scorpione has but you can spec it up (when new) with the sabelt seats, which a few have, floating larger brembos KonI shocks and 18" essesee lightweight alloys performance exhaust and filter but the additional cost would of been approaching 28k! The scorpione was built with all the extras plus special paint and a certificate of authenticity. The supersport is a great car though and still quite rare 162 according to howmanyleft.co.uk. Co. UK. I like the abarth as it's different to the usual hot hatch suspects not better just different
