If you flew past it & it was a Mountune 215 then you already (as you've acknowledged) know it wasn't being driven to it's potential as you're car wouldn't pass it in a straight line with the power output of your car.

Why not stop worrying about the ST (deep down you know it's the better hot hatch) & enjoy your car maybe make it more trackday focused seeing as you enjoy them why not make it a sweeter experience, even something like Poly Bushes will make a big difference without sacrificing to much ride quality.

Of course it would be very hard to fly past with the same (ish) figures!

I'm not saying the Fiesta is bad quite the contrary I just think this is a better all rounder which surely makes it better (at least in my mind) and I don't like the fact every Gary and his dog has the Fiesta which somehow in my mind makes it worse.

To be fair since the mega cheap Polo GTI lease deals a few months ago I'm seeing a lot if them about now being driven by total chavs who couldnt afford a Golf R.

The ST looks to be the classier gents choice now.

I havent seen many on the roads to be honest. But in either case it's going to be a ticking time bomb for both of them once they come out of warranty and fall into younger hands

If they did then Ford would be very happy but I have to ask are you confusing ST Style Fiestas for actual ST's because I see lots of the former but not many of the latter.
