No, netherlands, but they are pretty scarce here as well, i was pretty surprised when she mailed me the link, as i didnt know they were sold here as diesels.
Mainland Europe yes but not the UK, they also did an auto in Europe too.

My mum picked hers up in October 2008, she's done less than 25,000 miles & loves it. Red 133 with cup chassis, great back road hoonigan car! I won't let her sell it, when she is bored of it I'll buy it & stash it somewhere...

The spec branded "Cup" has a cup chassis as standard and overall is a lower spec than the non cup version; no a/c, rear bench seat, manual mirrors (I think) etc, however you could spec a non Cup version with a Cup chassis and it will still have a/c, split rear seat etc.
My fiancee's is like this. Cup chassis but with the AC etc.

Bottom ball joints go fairly quickly there cast alloy bottom arms with the ball joint fixed to them Renault only dealer part and around 160 each . They were revised with a new part and has the letter A stamped after the part number on the arms . The scuttle panel can leak and let water into the coils (never had this problem) . I have also just had a rear spring go through corrosion while out recceing my last rally .That's about it really, there are usually quite a few for sale and there is some guides on twingo133.net but the forum is very quite.
I would be tempted if buying another to go for a non cup if it's for everyday use as there that little bit softer .
Mine is not the best now for long journeys as the cams, decat and exhaust make it a bit loud and running it on 15"s has geared it down a fair bit . But it's not in use everyday and is getting turned into a Rally Car next year to replace my old car.
