Why does this always happen haha. I find it's usually when something you have done that hasn't worked or failed prematurely and the willpower to redo something you've already done disappears.
Haha, I think I was gradually losing motivation, so I picked the easy jobs to get on with, to keep the project moving. Then I finally got to the point where I only had only the difficult jobs left, and that is where the gagare door was shut for a couple of years!

My to do list was already quite long, and as I worked through them I stumbled across all of the other "little" jobs that needed finishing.

The wiring was the worst, I started that 4 years ago fresh in my head, 4 years later I am looking at it thinking 'why the hell did I wire it that way,' to realise several hours later while sorting something else out why I did do it that way, and it all made sense again. smile

Splitter near enough finished now, just the outer supports to finish off (awaiting delivery of rose joints).

Intercooler and duct painted now too.

We have paint, starting to look like a car again! Just some new polycarb windows to fit, then a new air duct.

Ha, thanks. This one started life as a 998, then went 1275, then 1293 on a weber ported head etc..., then 1293 turbo 5 ports, then 16v turbo, it's a slippery slope!

That's the nice thing about a mini, so many tuning options!
