Finally picked it up as part of a road trip to Northern and Southern Ireland.
2009 4.2 with 12k miles. Switchable exhaust (omg it sounds fabulous)
Lots of lovely carbon. Very precise drive, super ride quality even in sport mode and effortless pull in any gear. 4th is a lazy "just leave it there" gear :-)

thanks, so far so good very pleased.
manual 6 speed, sat nav (clunky), extended leather, carbon trim, titanium paint finish rims, bang and olufson with an additional upgraded amp behind the seats, 6 disc cd, phone prep etc. really nicely specified back in the day, think the paint was £2.5k, the total is £17k for the spec list as it was. Eisenmann remote valved exhaust, fairly muted when closed but fabulous when open, without being chavvy, i managed to get some noise in the tunnel on the A55 last night through wales that was childish but impressive!
ive no idea as yet how to do half the stuff it can do, however the sports suspension mag ride is nice on either setting, i'm just wary of leaking shocks there.
ive come from a very well sorted 993S (1997), so this is faster, but also feels sharp turning in, the steering seems perfectly weighted. its not the fastest thing I've had, but its more than adequate for road use. i was constantly checking which gear i was in and often was pottering round in 4th, there is a lot of low down torque.
the brakes are fab, no issues there, so far so good is the report! :-)

Just leave the Mag ride in normal mode and let it stiffen up when needed. A lot of people seem to think you only turn it 'on' when you need a stiffer suspension, but it's actually on all the time doing it's thing. The only time you need to turn it 'on' into sports mode and fix it into a stiffer setting is when tracking imo.
I had a manual Mugello blue with Oxygen silver sideblades for about 18 months and loved mine. The Sepang blue with carbon looks lovely.
Enjoy!!
