Cheers s62,
One other thing I noticed in your post is your suspension, are they H+R Coilovers on the front with H+R non adjustable springs or springs with adjustable spring perches on the rear with what shock.
I'm fitting the same mov'it setup as yourself how do the Mov'it discs and pads hold up on the ring since you got the replacement disc's, should I bring a spare set of pads to the ring with me or does the brake cooling work as Mov'it says it should??
Thanks

Regarding the coilovers they were custom ordered by Tauber and I do not rememberOne other thing I noticed in your post is your suspension, are they H+R Coilovers on the front with H+R non adjustable springs or springs with adjustable spring perches on the rear with what shock.

the exact type but I believe it´s the H&R "Nurburgring" setup. They will most likely
be happy to tell you the exact type - try contacting them www.auto-tauber.de,
they speak english
The Movit brakes hold up well but then again I am not too hard on the brakes.
It is always a good idea to have a spare set of pads though. To get more life out
of the disks it´s a good idea to go out for a cooldown drive after lapping the Ring.
I´m more aware of this after the premature disk cracking.
Here is a vid where I am following a friend in his S38B38 powered E30 cabrio at the Ring:

Here is another one from Spa where I´m making slicks out of R888's

Cool 'Ring video.. What was the Silver M3 doing (3.20 in)
For the first part he didn´t know which side to let us overtake and then....thought the 400+ hp V8 would shake the old M3 off
The look on the face of the passenger when I overtook was priceless!!!!

Nice car, I'm very jealous!
Where do you track the car in Iceland, or do you have to take it to Germany?! My family live in Akranes, and I haven't seen many race tracks over there! Are there still ferries running from Iceland to Denmark, I thought they had stopped now.
No real tracks here in Iceland We have a small track that is used for drifting andWhere do you track the car in Iceland, or do you have to take it to Germany?! was originally a karting/rallycross track. So I have to go to the mainland for some
track action.
There is a ferry running between Iceland/Norway/Denmark/Shetland Islands/Faroe Islands,

I'll give you a wave if I see you when I'm over there again in the summer!

That is some serious commitment to track driving if you have to get that ferry every time you want to go for a decent blat. Having said that the old road round the fjord from Reykjavik to Akranes is pretty good (and incredibly quiet) so would probably make a decent substitute
